Robert Jackson  CEO / CFO

Robert is a Tribal member of the Hoopa Valley Tribe and a descendant of the Yurok and Karuk Tribes. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 17 years, participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and is a disabled veteran.

Following his honorable discharge from the Marines, Robert worked in the steel and safety industry while also pursuing higher education. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Native Steel Corp. The company specializes in structural steel design, fabrication, and installation, providing high-quality services to clients.

Daniel Williams COO

Daniel is a seasoned erector with over 23 years of experience working on military projects. He has an in-depth knowledge of steel construction and studied AISC/DBIA from 2006-2008 to further enhance his skills and expertise.

From 2006-2013, Daniel worked with Williams Steel Construction, where he gained valuable experience in steel construction and erection. In 2015, he started his own steel design and build consultancy, providing services such as design-build assistance, budgeting and value engineering, scheduling, and management to clients.

Daniel's dedication to his craft has earned him a reputation as a reliable and skilled professional in the steel construction industry. His consultancy, Native Steel Corp, offers top-quality services and is committed to delivering exceptional results to clients.
